Our Journey

Moose Jaw Diversified Services was incorporated in 1967 as a sheltered workshop. We were located in downtown Moose Jaw, where our primary goal was to provide sheltered work for people experiencing disability.

In 1987 we moved to our current location where we expanded our work projects. At the time we produced work products, completed collating, sewing, flower making and craft projects to sell.

Overtime Moose Jaw Diversified Services recognized the need to move from sheltered employment activities to person centered inclusive activities. We still very much support people experiencing disability, but our philosophy has changed from a factory type environment to one of choice, activity, volunteerism, employment, learning, quality of life and recreation.

Today we operate person-centered services offering diverse options and individualized supports for those we serve. We strive for excellence in all that we do and seek continuous improvement for all.
